Wow, did January fly by!! Today is the 31st and it's sunny and in the 60's in Pa., if only the rest of our winter could be like this!!Great month for cooking. Added some new recipes to the blog. Megan's chicken chili is so tasty and easy to prepare, Garlic cauliflower mashed potatoes was another very easy recipe and surprise the kids loved it. Cinnamon baked french toast is an overnight refrigerator casserole, but the difference is the streusel topping added before baking, it it yummy! An oldie but goody is Jeanie's sweetheart salad, great for Valentines Day especially if you use a heart shaped pan♥
