New Year 2015

Another Year, another snowy winter!! It is snowing as I blog, we have about 3 inches, hope it will end soon. Started the year by visiting St. Thomas for a nieces destination wedding. What an incredible week, the weather was warm and sunny and our condo was right on a beautiful beach, the wedding was lovely and now I'm dreaming of warm, sunny days!! Lots of new recipes added and I have so many more to try. It's a good day to be in the kitchen.

New Year 2013

Hi all!!! Where the heck did 2012 go? Almost through the first month of the New Year. I have been home recuperating from surgery and had some more time to review and try new recipes. I posted quite a few to the blog.Crispy chicken, Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs chicken and oven taco's are all kid friendly and got great reviews. The golden parmesan potatoes, two-timing pasta bake and the Italian skillet bread got 2 thumbs up from family and friends. Be sure to check them out.  Still lots of cold weather ahead of us, can't help dreaming about sun, sand and beaches. Stay warm!!!
